The Fostering Families Resource Center all began with two neighbors, Greta Argenta and Bill Ketner, who shared a heart for foster children and their fostering families. Greta and her husband, Joe, fostered and then adopted two beautiful girls in 2020. Bill is a guardien ad litem and advocate for kids in care. After being involved in the foster care system themselves, both began to see a very real need for a local organization to step in and support fostering families on the ground in a tangible way. And so began the FFRC!
